Pimento Cheese Dip

Creamy cheese and sweet and salty pimento olives are such a perfect complement that it's easy to see how this dip earned its classic status!

Ingredients:
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 pinch garlic powder
1 4 oz. jar diced pimento olives, drained

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Add cheese, mix until light and fluffy, then mix in mayonnaise and garlic powder. Stir in pimento olives until incorporated, cover, and chill for at least one hour.
